1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Mon-Fri, exclude weekends & public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 17:00 local time will be processed on the next working day. During big sale seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend 1–3 extra business days due to high order volume.
2. International Customs, Duty & Tax
All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees & local tax at destination country are borne by buyers upon package arrival. Our store does not pre-pay or cover any customs-related charges.
Custom inspection may cause unexpected delivery delay beyond our estimated transit time, which is out of our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking number within 24–48 hours (tracking info may take up to 48h to update on courier official website).
Check tracking via carrier official site with your tracking code anytime.
4. Lost / Damaged Package
- Lost parcel: Contact our customer service within 15 days after estimated delivery date, we will assist to file courier claim or arrange reshipment/refund after verification.
- Damaged on arrival: Provide clear product & package damage photos within 7 days after receiving goods for solution.
5. Order Cancellation & Address Revision
Cancel order freely before goods are dispatched; once shipped, cancellation is unavailable, you need to apply return after receiving parcel.
Address modification only supports before order dispatch; no address change after shipment arranged.
